This property is close to Mt. Buller and during the winter season cars can drive to the nearby entry toll gates at Mirimbah and directly on to the Horse Hill car park and chairlift.

There are several restaurants close by open during both summer & winter. The Mill Inn bar and pasta restaurant is great for dinners & Mirimbah store sells light essentials, home-made breads and delightful light meals.
